Design and Construction of one industrial unit and refurbishment of an additional three

The detailed design and construction of 1 Nr new Industrial Unit, replacing one damaged by fire, together with associated external works, drainage and service connections and the refurbishment and alteration of 3no adjoining units is required. The JCT Design and Build contract 2011 will apply to this project.
