## Description

The council wishes to run a mini competition, as permitted by the Open Framework Agreement, in order to procure a provider\(s\) for the provision of delivering 3 Home Care block contracts\. The block contracts are as follows:\\r \\r - Block 1 - North - Zones 8, 10 & 11\\r - Block 2 - North - Zones 8, 10 & 11\\r - Block 3 - South - Zones 1, 2 & 3\\r \\r Providers may bid for multiple block rounds\.\\r \\r Bidders should be aware that under this Call-Off Contract\(s\) they will be required to transfer Service Users from this block purchase arrangement to a spot purchase arrangement \(under separate Call-Off Contracts\) within eight weeks of each referral\. Bidders must therefore have ability and capacity to operate on a spot purchase basis in the relevant areas within that timeframe
