## Description

The council has recognised that need for support in contract management in respect of the contract awards to suppliers for the identified back log of reactive repairs\. Hays are a recognised agency and have been used by the council when sourcing temporary members of staff, in the absence of an agency contract framework\. The candidate was original chosen through a competitive interview\.
