## Description

Lowton Church of England High School, in partnership with Leigh Genesis Football Club \(LGFC\), wish to re-develop an existing, fenced, sand-based synthetic tennis court facility of approximately 1200m2, to create a 3G football facility\. Wigan Council will be facilitating this procurement and interested parties are asked to ensure they are registered on CHEST, the northwest public procurement portal \(www\.the-chest\.org\.uk\) to receive and submit all relevant information\. Project Description The school is seeking quotations for the following works; • Uplift and removal of the existing surface \(described above\) from the school site based upon a site visit/survey\. • Preparation of the existing macadam base in order to make good \(levelling and free draining\) prior to the installation of the new artificial turf\. • Replacement of pre-cast concrete edging curbs to provide a sufficient curb face to retain the newly installed artificial turf and the infill\. • Installation of new artificial turf carpet \(carpet/installation must comply with the FIFA 1 Star standard or IATS equivalent\) • Make good the construction area • Deliver a twelve month maintenance programme \(costing required\)
