Supply of a Technical Expert to act as Alternate Delegate to the

Description

To fund the alternate delegate representing the UK at the District Heating and Cooling Technology Collaboration Programme (TCP), which is part of the International Energy Agency (IEA). Additional information: This contract was procured via Single Tender Action. Reasons for this are as follows: The BRE are currently in place and acting as the Chair of the programme. To replace the chair at this time would cause a significant level of disruption to the IEA Programme. The programme is currently in the process of defining it's research activities for the next three years therefore maintaining continuity with the UK representative and the Chairperson role is very important at this time. The outputs from the programme that are beneficial for the UK, could be negatively affected as a result of any such disruption.
