BHA - Property Clearance & Clean

Description

2.1. As part of our Pre Construction phase, we require a suitably experienced Contractor to carry out our Clearances and Clean of Empty Homes. Clearances will be expected to be carried out both internally and externally of the outgoing customers possessions and/or fly tipping, this will also involve the Clearance of items from the loft space and any/all outhouses. Cleaning services will be required as and when directed by a BHA appointed person prior to colleagues entering the property (Builders Clean) or once works are complete (Sparkle Clean). Hazardous waste removals/cleaning will also be required on an ad hoc basis, this will be to remove any biological hazards including bodily fluids, sharps as well as drug paraphernalia.
