GB-London: Learning Management system for RSSB

NOTE: This notice was updated on 24 April 2019 for the following reason: Amended contract term to an initial term of 2 yearsRail Safety & Standards Board (RSSB) are seeking a single supplier for the provision and implementation of the Learning Management System (LMS). We are seeking tenders on the technical aspects and price for a pre-built solution that is simple enough for an end user to configure and manage with minimum training. Suppliers are requested to provide RSSB access to a free trial of their LMS product for at least 2 weeks by 30 April 2019. RSSB reserves the right to terminate the contract giving the Supplier 30 days' notice if the performance of the solution is not satisfactory to RSSB's business requirements. The term of the contract shall be for two years with an option to extend for 24 months based on good performance of the contract in 12-month increments.
