2-207 Procurement Support Commercial Assurance

The award of new strategic contracts is critical to the delivery of RIS2, as all existing major contracts expire in 2018. Delivering RIS 1 & 2 spans a range of directorates including Major Projects, Smart Motorways, RIP, Safety and Engineering Standards, Strategy and Planning, Communications, ITD, HR, Facilities and Legal - all of which require commercial and procurement expertise and support to effect the increased level of spend into outsourced contracts that are compliant.
