## Description

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint an agent to undertake outstanding and forthcoming rent reviews and lease renewals, lease terminations and alterations\.\\r The Council's requirements will include the following: \\r • Regular progress reports\\r • Rent reviews to be completed to final memorandum stage signed by tenants \\r • Lease renewals/TAW - to be negotiated with the existing tenants to signed Lease or agreement\.\\r • Liaison with Council's solicitors to the completion of the lease\.\\r \\r The following are not be included within the scope of this tender:\\r • seeking or introducing alternative tenants, \\r \\r Contract period = maximum 30 months\\r Additional information: Herefordshire Council has published this contract opportunity on the 'Supplying the Southwest Portal'\.
