Adult Floating Support

Description

The contracts provide for short (up to 2 years) and long term (over 2 years) floating support for: 1. older people, including dementia sufferers (500+ placements) 2. adults with learning difficulties and/or mental health (450+ placements) 3. adults with physical impairment (HIV) (20 placements) The services provide housing related support to adults with the aim of maximising their independence, and helping them to sustain their home/tenancy.
