## Description

Somerset Council \(SC\) has a requirement to appoint three contractors to carry out works and services to Void Properties\. Void related works and services are repairs to the Council's domestic properties carried out while a property is unoccupied \(Void Properties\), during the period between a tenant vacating the property and a new tenant moving in\. The repairs are those necessary to ensure the property meets SC's Lettable Standard\.
