## Description

That Defra commissions an external contractor/supplier to create a final report containing a bespoke standard of certification conditions and assurance for continuous water quality monitoring, as directed within the Environment Act s\.82\. The project should cover at least the following and the Tenderer is encouraged to include other factors: a\. Minimum equipment standards; b\. Installation standards; c\. Acceptable downtime; d\. Maintenance and calibration standards; e\. Data validation standards \(when can you exclude data and when can't you\); and f\. Models of implementing the standards \(e\.g- who runs it, and at what cost\) The project was awarded by DEFRA
