Places for People requires a suitable contractor to complete the Groundworks for our latest phase of housing and associated works at the Tornagrain community near Inverness Airport. All as noted on the tender drawings and other documents, comprising these main areas of work: Prelims Earthworks / cut and fill Main drainage, road drainage, plot connections Roads, footpaths, parking courtyards Trenches, ducts, backfill etc for main utility services and street lighting Foundations for retaining and screen walls House / flatted blocks foundations, floor slabs, plot drainage and plot services House footpaths, drives, timber edgings and topsoiling Scaffold platforms around plots
