## Description

This amendment relates to: • a company name change • an increase of £107,303 to the value of the cost extension in Contract Amendment 7\. The increase is to implement additional interventions to support health-workers exposed to covid-19 and to cover the cost of additional staff resources required to implement covid-19 interventions\. The overall value of the extension is now £7,379,215 and is reflected in the attached financial proformas\.
