Worcester Show Market Street and Catering

Worcester City Council is inviting Quotes from Potential Suppliers for provision of market stalls and catering at the Worcester Show.

Worcester Show is being delivered by Worcester City Council in partnership with the community. The show has grown in size and attendance to the point where we now regularly achieve audiences in excess of 10,000 visitors. The Council is inviting event management companies to quote for the opportunity to contribute to its future success by improving the catering and market street provision and administration of bookings.

Worcester City Council wishes to enter into a Concessionary Contract with an experienced and capable event management company for the provision of market stalls and catering.The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website (there is no charge for this). Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.

Any clarification queries must be sent via the portal and clarification responses will also be issued via the portal.
