Continuation of previous work undertaken for IT Services to attain ISO 20000-1 certification by reviewing current policies, processes, working practices, tools, governance models, organisation structure, supplier contracts etc in accordance with the clauses outlined in ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, but this time with a focus on the Children's Trust.
