Forward Thinking Birmingham is the provider of mental health services for people up to the age of 25 in Birmingham\. The service is provided through a number of locations in and around Birmingham\. The specification applies to provide cleaning services at three of these locations for the period 1 April 2019 to 31st March 2020, with an option to extend for a further 12 months up to 31st March 2021\.
