Description
The Registration Service is a statutory service to register life events such as Birth and Death Registration's and conducts Marriages/ Civil Partnerships to the residents of Northamptonshire. Northamptonshire is a large registration district which in 2018 undertook 6491 death registrations, 7597 birth registrations, 1900 weddings in approved venues across the County and just under 100 separate citizenship ceremonies. The contract will be for a complete cloud registration system that covers the following: A Registrar Online Diary Management to manage all Registrar appointments. A function to undertake Ceremony Planning A function to undertake Copy Certificate Management Electronic Cashbook and Stock Control Citizenship Appointment Management The contract shall be for two years with option to extend for one further year.
