## Description

This tender is for strand two of four: Produce and pilot training on phonics for Initial Teacher Education \(ITE\) and existing teachers of Functional Skills\. The Foundation are seeking a tenderer to build on strand one to develop and pilot training modules specifically for phonics teaching in an adult context\. The CPD offer needs to be strongly evidence based and underpinned by robust teaching approaches\.
