St Helens Council Heritage Strategy

St Helens Council wishes to appoint a supplier to develop a St Helens Heritage Strategy and Delivery Plan.

The outcome will be a comprehensive St Helens Heritage Strategy for use across the borough. The project deliverables will include (but not limited to) •A background research report setting out the context of the Heritage Strategy, the challenges and opportunities. •A strategy document, identifying high level priorities and setting out a framework of core programmes over the following five years. •A delivery plan. Support is also required to help specify and arrange proposals for celebrating the Rainhill Trials in 2019. A day-rate cost for this element of the work should be provided.
