## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council \(the Council\) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Mansfield District Council \(MDC\), The Four Seasons multi-storey car park at Mansfield is in reasonable condition: however, it has now reached an age whereby it is in need of repair, protection and upgrade to ensure its long term durability\. A total of 320 discrete defects were recorded during the intrusive investigations to date \(October 2024\), in addition there are linear meterage lengths of waffle slab cracking and hair line cracking
