## Description

Procurement of a Technology Enabled Care Platform to supply, install, and provide ongoing maintenance/technical support of the platform for a 24/7 telecare call monitoring centre, to include an appropriate DR solution\. To have remote access functionality for updating client records in real time and to include full TSA standard reporting application\.
