Marjorie McClure Former School Remodelling of Existing Building

The London Borough of Bromley (LBB) are in the process of carrying out a remodelling and M & E refurbishment at the former Marjorie McClure School.

The works comprise the design, construction and completion of alterations to the existing school building together with demolition, external works and facilitating works all as listed in the Employer's Requirements and as included in the appendices to the Employer's Requirements.
