CBC-0787-T-LP Financial Viability Studies Stage1,2,3 - AWARD

The Council wishes to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to support the production of Central Bedfordshire Councils emerging Local Plan. The Local Plan will be subject to Examination by an independent Planning Inspector, and once adopted will support the determination of planning applications. The purpose of this work is to inform the Strategic Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) including the associated site assessment process and site selection process.
