## Description

Over the next 12 months East Devon District Council \(EDDC\) will be procuring a contract for responsive repairs to occupied and void dwellings, to achieve maximum value for money and social value outcomes\. The intended start date for the new contract is 1 January 2019\. It is EDDC's intention to award this contract using a Price per Property/Price per Void \(PPP/PPV\) model and it wishes to engage a consultant to support and advise on the procurement exercise\.
