## Description

This property was badly damaged in a fire and needs immediate repair\. The work is being requested under Lot 1 of IA1750 The procurement allows for 2 work options: Option A - Maintaining the external and interior loadbearing walls Option B - Demolition to DPC and rebuilding\. You can price for both options or just one of the options\. The Council would appreciate it if you could advise ASAP if you intend to price for the work This is however subject to cabinet approval which is expected on the 26th January 2023
