## Description

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire has a requirement to upgrade the Mobile ANPR equipment within 41 Police vehicles with the capability of live connectivity, reading number plates during the hours of darkness, displaying hits from the static camera infrastructure located a pre-defined distance away from the police vehicle\.
