Roofing and Roofline Replacement Works and Associated Repairs

Description

As members of EN:Procure, ACIS Group (the Employer) has selected the EN:Procure Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works (GEN4), to procure roofing and roofline replacement with associated minor repair works to outlying / rural properties that are owned / managed by the Employer. The works are let under a JCT Mearsured Term Contract 2016 (with Employer's Amendments) with an initial period of 12 months commencing on 1st November 2024 with an option to extend the contract of up to a further 3nr, 12 months extensions up to 31st October 2028, at the absolute sole discretion of the Employer. This project contract is awarded via a Direct Awardn from Lot 19A - Roofing Installation Works less than £3m (Yorkshire and Humber as a Direct Selection Call Off)of the EN:Procure Framework Agreement for the Provision of Installation Servicing Repairs and Maintenance Framework dated 26th February 2024 (FTS Reference Number Contract Award Notice Reference 2023/S 000-019535).
