Cefas: RFQ: For consultancy and advice relating to organisational performance

It is envisaged that this focused piece of consultancy work will help to validate and interpret the key messages that emerged from the survey, and will recommend and prioritise practical and deliverable improvement actions founded on proven results. We have big ambitions to achieve a "Zero Harm" working environment and anticipate that we need to move from typically "good" in performance terms to consistently "great" when compared to other similar organisations. Our H&S statistics have plateaued in recent years and we have identified that we need to move from a "compliance" focussed organisation to a "self-reliant" one. This consultancy is aimed at identifying the changes that we need to make and embed to accelerate our evolution to become a "Zero Harm" organisation.
