Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals, with the ability to undertake a Children & Young People's Joint Strategic Needs Assessment \(JSNA\) and present it in a written report\. The successful Contractor will have experience and skills in analysing, interpreting and presenting health and social care data, with a proven track record in writing high quality reports and undertaking JSNA's\.
