Description

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is looking to procure the services of a consultant to complete certain workstreams to inform the outline business case and to allow more detailed discussions on operational and financial models for the Liverpool Music Project. The brief presented here is intended to progress the project to completion of Outline Business Case. The Liverpool Music project is a collaboration between the LCRCA and Liverpool City Council (LCC) and seeks to create a unique destination, combining immersive musical experience, visitor attraction and sector development, founded on Liverpool's music and creative credentials, providing a focal point and new opportunities for innovation, talent, training and visitor experience. The proposal is to develop the Liverpool Music project at one or more locations, to be identified within Liverpool. This is a 4 month contract with completion date 5 May 2023 (subject to further maximum extension of up to 4 weeks at the absolute discretion of LCRCA).
