Provision of services as a partner for the Telford & Wrekin Landlord Accreditation Scheme, to help improve rented accommodation provision in the Borough and to promote good landlords to allow tenants to make an informed choice when looking for properties to rent\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
