The scope of services for this project has been split into three lots:\\r • LOT 1: Jesey Airport Land Use Strategic Review\\r \(A\) Strategic review\\r \(B\) Fire Station Location options \(preparation and brief \(RIBA1\)\)\\r \(C\) Landside transport design \(preparation and brief \(RIBA1\)\)\\r • LOT 2: Concept Designs \(RIBA2\)\\r \(A\) Landside Transport \\r \(B\) Fire Station \\r • LOT 3: Commercial Consultancy services\\r \\r It is envisaged that scope of services is a desk top review of existing data and any additional surveys should not be required\.\\r
