Supply, Maintenance and Support of a NetApp Data Storage System and Storage Upgrade (or equivalent) with Associated Services

The Council invited Tenders from suitably qualified and competent providers on the Crown Commercial Services Framework Technology Products 2 (RM3733) Lot 1 Hardware for its Data Centre in the form of a mid-life refresh of its current NetApp Storage System and Associated Services, support and maintenance renewal

The key deliverables for this Contract are: • Supply of parts and professional services; • Software licenses on current hardware to be maintained at the same level on replacement hardware; • Subject to internal change approval implement the upgrade and refresh whilst minimising service disruption to the Council within 4 weeks of hardware delivery to site; • Support and maintenance, to include: o Supply of 36 months Support Edge Standard 365x24x7; and o Supply of 36 months Support Edge Standard 365x24x7 to include existing hardware.
