Wigan Council - South Hindley Strategic Site Consultant

The successful consultant is required to undertake a range of work relating to providing masterplanning, surveying and associated planning services which will culminate in advising on an updated outline planning application for the South of Hindley urban extension, which covers a significant area of Council owned real estate. undertaking this work, they will lead a team of advisors, including technical inputs, to update the documentation from the previous outline planning application where necessary as well as design and masterplanning support to review the previous masterplanning work undertaken and update to reflect latest constraint information available.
