Timeline
Description
This project will assess and develop our understanding of how vehicle technology improvements will affect road safety on the network in the coming years. It will assess the current fleet and its level of safety technology features and will develop projections of how vehicle technology will change that fleet over the next 5 to 10 years. Ultimately, this will allow the business to predict what impact vehicle technology may have on casualty statistics over that time period, informing our business thinking and helping us to prepare for potential short and long-term changes.
