Lift Installation, Modernisation and Refurbishment Works.

The purpose of this tender exercise was to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the safe and compliant installation of new bespoke through floor lift solutions or refurbishment and modernisation works to existing lifts . The typical types of lifts covered under this framework will be; Hydraulic, Electric Traction, MRL Electric Traction, Geared and Gearless Traction and Vertical and Inclined Platform Lifts and Step Lifts.

Our Members property types range from domestic housing stock, high and low rise flats, office accommodation, corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation and universities and due to the geographical spread of our Members the framework has been split further into the following geographical lots: Sub-Lot 1 - East Midlands Sub-Lot 2 - West Midlands Sub-Lot 3 - Greater London Sub-Lot 4 - National Coverage
