## Description

The purpose of this feasibility study is to: - Provide an outline strategy for the provision of sufficient EV chargepoints to meet actual and latent demand\. - Identify the most appropriate motorway service area sites at which to: o pilot the first mass provision of EV chargepoints\. o rollout the first phase \(approximately 8 MSAs\) to provide inter-'large economic centre' motorway coverage\. - Provide a 'ballpark estimate' high level costed project plan for the pilot - Provide an operational model for the operation of mass provision of EV Chargepoints at an MSA\.
