The London Borough of Bexley is looking to appoint a provider to deliver Bexley's 0-19 Children's Public Health Service..\r \r The Provider will be required to deliver services in accordance with the 'Healthy Child Programme'. The service will deliver:\r • 0 - 5 yrs health visiting service including a specialist pathway for vulnerable families\r • 5 - 19 yrs school nursing service, vision and hearing screening, the National Child Measurement Programme \r • Tier 2 weight management pathway and provision for primary school aged children\r • Health Start vitamins\r \r The successful provider must be innovative, flexible, responsive, forward thinking, adaptable, and a leader in the field. \r
