Updating the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Emissions Factor Database with UK Specific Information

To ensure that UK specific data on agricultural emissions is eligible for use in our accounting systems. This will ensure the UK agricultural industry does not face ecessively high targets for greenhouse gas mitigation under the UK climate change act, since UK specific values are lower than the international defaults.
