## Description

The Service Provider is requested to monitor the absolute number and frequency of circulating white blood cell subsets including FOXP3\+ regulatory T cells \(Tregs\), CD3\+, CD4\+, CD8\+, B, and NK cells in EDTA whole blood samples and the circulating pNF-H biomarker in CSF and plasma\. For whole blood samples, cell subsets should be analysed by flow cytometry\. There will be 216 patients and 5 time points per patient \(1080 samples in total\)\. For plasma and CSF samples, the pNF-H should be monitored using a commercial ELISA kit \(Biovendor\)\. There will be 3 plasma samples \+ 3 CSF samples per patient from 216 patients \(2 x 3 x 216 = 1296 samples in total\. All procedures will need to be validated, including the preanalytical stability of whole blood samples prior to flow cytometry analysis\.
