Torbay Council has re-tendered their accommodation and support services for 16-25 year olds\. The services that are applicable to this re-tender are: Supported Lodgings Service \(Block Contracts\) Semi-independent Accommodation and Support Services for young people aged 16-21 \(up to 25 if eligible\) who are either Children Looked After or Care Leavers and for Young People who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless aged 16-25\. \(Block Contracts\) Semi-independent Accommodation and Support Services for Young Parents aged 16-24\. \(Block Contracts\) Framework Agreement for spot purchase provision for semi-independent Accommodation and Support Services for young people aged 16-21 \(up to 25 if eligible\) who are either Children Looked After or Care Leavers and for Young People who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless aged 16-25\.
