Work description
Audits of Gas Safety and Water Hygiene Control for Domestic and Communal Housing Properties
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor/consultant to support the work of Central Bedfordshire Council focusing on the safe management of gas and water installations across the Housing Landlord Service.
The contract includes carrying out audits and risk assessments together with advising on regulatory standards and compliance.
It is intended that the contract will start in September 2018 is for a period of 2 years.
