Asset Management Services in Respect of Kirkby Town Centre

Knowsley Council invite you to competitively tender for providing Strategic Asset Management Services (Strategic) in relation to the existing Kirkby Shopping Centre, new retail extension, leisure complex and designated car parking areas, with potential to extend to other potential acquisitions in the borough. The Contract will be for a term of 3 years. The Council may extend the Contract following the Contract Period for further periods of time up to a maximum of 24 months in aggregate.
