This specification of work details Walsall Council's requirement from a Support Provider in relation to the Council's Oracle Cloud One Source Project, specifically covering the: ? Constraints and Assumptions ? Scope and Objectives The specification sets out the associated support requirements for the contract period. A review of support requirements will take place during the first 6 months of support as the Council continues to understand the support requirements of the business.

Background The Council is currently upgrading its HCM and Payroll systems. These applications will now sit within Oracle cloud. The planned go live date for Core HCM, Finance and Procurement is early July 2020. Our implementation Partner will be providing support for 3 months post go live taking support up to early October 2020. The planned go live date for payroll and some employee self-service functionality is early October due to 3 month parallel payment runs for Payroll. Our implementation Partner will be providing 3 months post go live support for Payroll taking their support cover into early January.
