Work description

You are warmly invited to attend an information session about the proposed new Dementia Specialist Advice Service, the tender for which is due out in June. The Dementia Specialist Advice Service aims to provide, through professionals already working with people with dementia and their families: access to advice, information and peer support after diagnosis; navigation support as disease progresses; troubleshooting and case conferences to avoid crisis situations.

This session is open to any organisation who may be interested in bidding for the tender, as well as those interested in linking with service.

We will be holding this on Friday 17 May at the Moorfoot Building, Sheffield City Council, S1 4PL. The same 1 hour session will be repeated twice. You need only attend one session as the content will be the same.

• Session A: 12.30 - 1.30pm OR • Session B: 2.00 - 3.00pm

If you would like to attend please email amelia.stockdale@sheffield.gov.uk to book a place
