## Description

Provision of grounds maintenance services across various housing sites throughout Yorkshire\.\\r \\r The majority of sites are within the Wakefield District however bidders must be able to service a number of Out of District site\\r Further Information is available in the ITT documentation via ProContract\.\\r \\r Term is an initial 60 months \(5 years\) with 2 x 24 month \(2 year\) options, subject to satisfactory performance and benchmarking by WDH, i\.e\. 108 months or 9 years possible in total to 18th January 2034\\r \\r The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of\\r charge, at\\r https://procontract\.due-north\.com/Register \\r \\r Additional information can be obtained from the above-mentioned address\\r Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted electronically via\\r https://procontract\.due-north\.com/Register
