project_6115 - SEND Commissioner services in Birmingham City Council

The Contractor has agreed to act as the Department's SEND Commissioner in Birmingham City Council to undertake a diagnostic assessment allowing them to issue any necessary instructions to the local authority for the purpose of securing immediate improvement in the authority's delivery of SEND Services; to identify ongoing improvement requirements; and to recommend any additional support required to deliver those improvements. The review is to consider the overarching delivery of Children Services, SEND and Education Services.
