GB-Rickmansworth: Disabled Toilet Refurbishment

Suppliers are invited for the refurbishment of a Disabled Toilet at Watersmeet Theatre. Please respond to this Expression of Interest for consideration. The works are to gut out and replace the whole Disabled Toilet Facility. Over the past 5 years a large investment has been made to the venues infrastructure including refurbishing of both public and back stage toilets, redecoration of the foyer areas, and upgrades to failing lighting. In the more specialised sectors, the stage lighting equipment has also undergone a huge upgrade bringing the venue to the modern energy saving LED fittings. The current accessible toilet is one of the original rooms at Watersmeet, and has not changed much. The fittings are now beginning to fail, and the room is unpleasant, dark and lacks any form of modern fittings.
