## Description

The MDC team does not have the required marketing and design skills, expertise and capacity to deliver on our communications objectives in house\. Through this commission, the MDC is therefore looking for strategic marketing and creative design support to deliver our marketing requirements over a 2-year period, with the potential to extend the contract for a further year\. The MDC requires a partner to assist the MDC in increasing brand awareness with key audiences, including current Stockport residents, future residents in Town Centre West, local businesses, the regional and national property industry, local government and wider public sector\.
